| This area of interest
extends more than 10 kilometers. The highest peak in the
mountain range is 519.8 meters high. The peak is divided
into 3 towers that are seen to the East, West and North
respectively. The tower arrangement resembles a half-open
lotus flower. At dawn, the peak is surrounded by clouds.
Seen from afar in the nearby sea, the mountain looks like
a blossoming placed in the middle of the clouds. This
has given it the name Lianhua or Lotus, in English.
There are over 40 scenic spots around
the green beautiful mountain. In Egret Heaven, tens
of thousands of egrets live here making the highest
concentration of its kind in Guangdong. At dusk, the
flocks of birds flying become one with the clouds, the
mountain, the waters, the sky and the grass. It is indeed
a unique and magnificent view.
