The City Central Plaza in Dongguan is the new central district of the city. It is 1,400 meters long following the North to South direction, and 250 meters wide following the East to West direction. Located within the Plaza are the Yulan Grand Opera, the City Museum, the City Library other new high-standard cultural facilities.
